Lately my experience with comments has been, like Coleridge's, "spam, spam, everywhere." And I don't really want to drink the stuff. Hoping to police these comments (let's see how much I can mix this metaphor), I beefed up my so-called "guard" so it could smack its baton across a few naughty wrists. But the doughty little constable has a hard time distinguishing friend from foe; hence the comments of my esteemed readers get thrown in the clink with the pimps and hustlers.
I'm working with TypeKey to try and get the authentication service working. But I certainly wouldn't want to prevent all you lovely people from having your say. So the best I can do right now is have you all send any comments to . (Which email address is also conveniently placed on the sidebar, ironically enough, under "Contact.") It'll take a few extra mouse clicks, but it will block the spammers until I can get this thing straightened out.
